Baby Bear has decided that she does not want to wear diapers any more. So, I would say, we are (finally) officially potty training.
Little one started sitting on the potty off and on early this summer. However, we traveled a lot this summer and never had a steady time to make much progress. Eventually, she and we just gave up and stayed with the diapers.
Last week, she started asking us and her school teachers to take her to the potty when she had to go. This week, her school teachers decided she was on the road to being a Toilettiere so with many changes of big girl panties and other pants in her school cubby, we are progressing toward being diaperless.
She had a couple of accidents yesterday. One today. So far so good. At least of potty. Poop...still have not got the hang of this.
I see much laundry in our future...but oh so worth it. You go little girl!

Woo-hoo! Way to go Rilee! I had to laugh because the last few days Cameron has been asking to sit on the potty and went tonight. Now I have to figure out what I need to do...I so wasn't ready for this! Any advice girlie????
Grandma said-- way to go! Now you just have to train yourself to take her every hour on the hour for a while. She will get the hang of it very soon -- expecially wearing big girl panties and she won't like the feel of wet and messy. Life goes on and she is growing up -- darn. Enjoy every minute.
